  • Our service ensures tracking and facilitation of delayed baggage return for 100 hours from your flight's landing time.
  • Weairassist service is available for every flight, on all airlines, worldwide.
  • Our service must be purchased before the start of any inbound or outbound itinerary. It cannot be purchased during a connection.
  • No proof of baggage contents is required to qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee Payment.
  • Our service is supplementary to any insurance you may have, not a replacement for it.
  • You will receive automatic email updates whenever there is a change in the status of your mishandled bag.
  • Each purchase covers one person per airline confirmation number, regardless of the number of connections.
  • A claim must be filed with your airline before reporting your mishandled bag to us.
  • Payment will be issued if your bag is not found within 100 hours of your flight arrival.
  • We do not cover delivery. Bags will be considered returned, and our service fulfilled, once they arrive at the airport listed in your lost baggage claim with the airline.
  • One Service Agreement covers all checked bags, including last-minute gate check-ins.
  • You can purchase our service up until the moment before your flight departs.
  • Mishandled bags must be reported to us within 24 hours of your flight's arrival.
  • Payments are guaranteed even if your bags are returned after the 100-hour service period.
  • Weairassist Service does not cover theft (of baggage or items within the bag). Bags reported by the airline as being on the flight you took will not qualify for service.
  • Bags will be considered returned, and this service agreement fulfilled, when they arrive at the airport listed in your lost baggage claim with the airline, according to the airline's lost baggage system.
