This is my 4th or 5th booking your service. I usually book it for a guest that requires help with transit and it’s usually very good. This time, rather than helping my guest for the service I have paid for, the helper called my guest when she was in the lounge and asked her whether she wants to use the service. Like what??? Ofcourse we want the service. Why will we pay for it otherwise. I think they were just trying to get out of the work assigned to them but it’s poor management. The passenger had to say, yes pls come and pick me up from the lounge and take me to check in gate. The guest also had to request a buggy on their own because her boarding gate was the last one. This is very unprofessional. Just because the passenger being helped didn’t book the service, such a question could have discouraged her from using the service fully paid for because she is unaware of what’s going on. The guest attendant should not be asking questions, and the company should provide the service it was promised. It shouldn’t be like this!! Pls manage it better. If you have taken fees to provide service, don’t negotiate at the airport to get out of things. Give everything as promised without questions!

Used the service last year and was a 5 star experience. This year was very bad.

I had booked a meet and greet for my wife. She was arriving in International and going to Domestic. She was told that it is a different service was "Transfer" which we had not booked. But the meet and greet refused to take the luggage from the belt and put it on the cart. In addition, my wife was told to go to Terminal 2 when the domestic flight was actually leaving from T-2. We are very unhappy.

The first person receiving name was tired and behavioural was cold but the second one at terminal 1 was very lively and both were accommodative

Excellent service! They came to where I wished them to pick me up (Niranta), at exactly the appointed time. Helped me with my luggage, through check-in, Security and Immigration, and carted me off to the lounge. Finally, dropped me and my luggage off to the gate. All seamless, timely, no fuss, and with ability to communicate at any time. Keep it up!

Excellent service. The assistant cane on time, whisked me through all the controls quickly, was polite, helpful and friendly. Also,the buggy was a great help to navigate the huge distances at the Mumbai airport. Truly, a worthwhile investment.

I had booked the transfer service for my grandparents at Delhi airport. The service was provided by Mr Ronit who was present on time and ensured my grandparents had a smooth transfer through immigration, terminal change, and luggage transfer. Big thanks to him and WeAirAssist!

I had a list item on our flight to US on May 5. I could collect it back without any hassle on my return after a month on June 11, 25. I was looking for a good Shower Facility besides the Meet & Assist and hence took this package. Unfortunately on reaching the Lounge, I found it had only 2 Bathrooms and there were about 100 people in the Lounge. On the way to the Lounge I noted another provider offering Shower Facility which was not crowded and much more organized. Great service, prompt and Efficient

Am unclear if there is a larger purpose here - its not as if the immigration was expedited... yes, the way from the aircraft to the baggage was on a buggy and the bags were taken by the porter but beyond that...

I tried your services for the first time and I am well satisfied. The welcome warmth was missing little bit and can be improved further.

Your service should be assisting the passengers not harassing the passengers. Multiple people calling all the time to know when we will reach and for a 10am flight calling at 4 am. This is ridiculous

Absolutely awesome service! My car arrived early, and Ms. Tamanna promptly returned my call, apologizing for the porter delay since I was ahead of schedule. Entry and bag drop were seamless, with her arranging everything, including security clearance lineup. She had Mr. Saad ready to assist after security check, helping me bypass a long line to access the lounge with my Priority Pass. He even offered to escort me to the gate later, allowing me a few hours of rest. Great teamwork, outstanding customer commitment—courteous and pleasant throughout!

There was some miscommunication between the Airline & Pranaam services and my son who was on crutches had to walk to the Immigration Line. Pranaam helpline was not aware till I called them , I would have assumed their representative would have done the needful ? Post which they gave him 2 helpers and a wheelchair. I would suggest that there should be better communication for the experience we pay for.

WEAIRASSIST arranged for meet and greet services for us at IGI New Delhi airport. Our transit , me with my 4 year-old , through the airport was seemles. On arrival their executive picked us up at the international flight arrival aerobridge gate, took us through immigration, the porters got our luggage, helped do the domestic transfer by rechecking the luggage, re-entered domestic airport terminal, helped navigate Security and we went through to the lounge.
